Life is frantic.  Our minds are constantly busy; there is always something to do.

The “cure” for this?  Meditation…

Yet in this incredibly busy world, how are you supposed to let thoughts go when all your brain wants to do is let more and more in?

You try to meditate.  You sit back, close your eyes…relax and breathe.  But you “have a laundry-list of ‘to-do’s’ in [your] head…and then [your] legs fall asleep. [And] it’s all downhill from there.”
